WHAT'S NEXT?
To become a Speclean service provider you will have to pass our screening process to establish your suitability. If you are honest, reliable and hard working we would love to welcome you as part of our team.
1. Fill in your application form
The first step is to compete the application form. You are required to fill in all necessary fields with the correct information so we are aware of the hours and days you are available, any previous cleaning experience you may have, if you have a current DBS check, the area you are from and the area you wish to work in.
2. Pass the phone interview
Once we receive your application form we will contact you for a telephone interview. We will give you information about the kind of work we offer and discuss your previous cleaning experience, assess your understanding of the English language, your interest in the position and if we think you will be suited to join our team.
3. Meet the Speclean team
We will arrange a suitable day for your to come to our office and meet with the Speclean team.
4. Ready to start cleaning
From this point you are ready to begin working in your allocated areas at the times and days provided by you.
