Commercial Terms & Conditions
Please ensure that there is hot running water and electricity in order for the operatives to clean properly.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide access on the start date and thereafter.
No liability for economic loss or expense is accepted how so ever caused or occasioned. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the Company of any delicate surfaces or items. Electrical equipment will only be cleaned if it is switched off.
Your quote is based on 51 service weeks per year.
Please note that there is a 2 working day cancellation policy, otherwise a pro rata cancellation fee applies.
If you accept the quote and/or if you have instructed us to proceed with the work, you will be deemed in any event to have accepted our terms and conditions.
This contract may be amended or terminated only in writing. Should the parties want to terminate the contract, they are required to give notice one month prior to the termination date.
In order for us to best serve your requirements, feedback is essential however to properly address any problems they need to be reported by the next working day.
